This smooth turquoise has sprinkles of a rust colored mineral that reminds me of the desert sands. The stone has been accented with sterling silver elements. The vine like structure represents the element of earth, grounded, strong and nurturing. The vines are crowned with a flowers to represent rebirth. The back has a start cutout and has been stamped with my maker's mark and 925.
☞ Gem lore ~ Turquoise is said to possess many powers. It is considered a healing and protective stone that enhances courage in the wearer. It is also said to bring tranquility, attract love, friendship, money and luck. Turquoise is associated with the throat chakra.
